Mission select:

Start the game by typing sand followed by one of the following command line
parameters to begin at the corresponding mission.

Level Passwords
From the Main Menu select “Continue Game” then choose “Password” and enter one of the following codes to unlock the level. If you enter the code for Level 20 you will have acess to all the other 19 levels also.
